• Expectation for learning is explicit in courses where faculty use scoring rubrics which identify specific learning expectations and what needs to be done to improve performance.
• Ability to for students to provide faculty with instant feedback on learning through the use of myVoting which enables students to clarify misconceptions in real time as opposed to waiting until test time.
• Students can communicate with peers and faculty about class topics and discussion questions using myCommunity.
• Using shared space in myCommunity, students can communicate with peers to monitor tasks and timelines on class assignment or projects.
• Students can document their learning through multiple courses or throughout academic program to demonstrate achievement.  Course assignments and assessments are easily submitted and electronically archived for easy access and retrieval at any time.
• Using myE-Portfolio, students can individualize a dynamic electronic portfolio with such things as coursework samples, assessments, information about interships, work experiences, and travel.  Students can manage the access to certain portfolio documents and invite others to view and comment on submissions. MyE-Portfolio is a great personal marketing tool when trying to find that first professional work experience.
