For myRubrics users, the Faculty Assessment Library is the first place to look for reviewed links to assessment resources. There are four different categories of references. General Assessment Resources include discussion lists, forums, archives of articles, lists of links, etc. Assessment Handbooks are also available and cover such topics as: how to develop and implement a campus or departmental assessment process, evaluating your institution's assessment practices, and, experienced practitioners' advice for new assessment directors. There are also references for Assessment of Specific Skills or Content which is often required for program review or accreditation. Many institutions' assessment-related pages include discipline-specific assessment plans and these have been cataloged and are available through links for myRubrics users. Check it out to see if your discipline is included. The Rubrics Bank is a great way to get started on the development of your own assessment scoring rubrics. Over a thousand rubrics have been catalogued and available for your review to get your rubric development process going.
