Report
Report provides an environment for the reporting needs for the classroom, program and institution. Faculty and program evaluators can append comments, recommendations and proposed actions to each report. Previous assessment results can be appended to the chart to demonstrate trends in student performance over time. For faculty this will enable them to review their courses and make adjustments to content and methods that will improve learning. Data analyzed at the academic program level can be presented in a report that demonstrates multiple cycles of data collection/analysis and compare current results with the results from previous data collection cycles. The trend data serves as an indication of the degree to which the academic program has improved student learning over time and will enable the program to identify whether or not the recommended changes were effective in improving student performance. At the institutional level, the program can demonstrate that the program is effective in documenting student learning and making improvements in learning. For the accreditation agency, the report can be used to demonstrate student learning attainment and provide evidence that the program has developed a process that enables it to determine the level of learning and the adoption of a continuous quality improve process (CQI).
